Poseidon's Army

Stormy weather along the coast made for some epic waves near Monterey, California in the El Niño winter of 2016-2017. While some lone waves crashed dramatically over the rocks, at times these large sets would come in and create amazingly tumultuous waters in an area that is typically much milder in appearance.
