Cathedral view

During a quick weekend camping trip in Yosemite with the family (including our 8-month old baby), we made it out to the Tuolumne Meadows in mid-November! Snow was forecasted to close the pass later in the week, and as the sun set the temperature dropped to near freezing. I managed to quickly line up a few shots, choosing to focus on the gorgeous light striking the golden meadows with 10912-foot Cathedral Peak in the background. I actually took this shot without a tripod, and the baby on my back!
