This is a picture I have been wanting to take for a while: San Francisco seen from under the West span of the Bay Bridge. Last week the 17,000 lights on the Embarcadero Center (the lined buildings) were turned on for the holidays, making the skyline of San Francisco all the prettier. We waited and waited for the Beacon on top of the Transamerica Pyramid to turn on but it never happened. I guess I will have to go back sometime to try again. I did get lucky with Venus coming in (in the top left) to provide some balance in the picture.
